Creamy Greek yogurt swirled with pumpkin puree and maple syrup, topped with pepitas and cinnamon, then frozen into a crackable Halloween bark.
Yogurt bark is one of those things that looks impressive and takes almost no effort. The pumpkin swirl gives it that unmistakable Halloween orange, the pepitas add crunch, and the whole thing is just protein, real pumpkin, and a little honey. Break it into pieces, pile it on a plate, and watch it disappear at any Halloween gathering.
