No-bake oat and honey energy balls decorated with white chocolate drizzle and chocolate chip eyes — a spooky Halloween snack packed with real energy.
Energy balls are already one of the easiest snacks to batch-make for the week, and this Halloween version makes them genuinely exciting for kids. The mummy drizzle is easy enough for little hands to help with, and once they are set they keep in the fridge all week — which means you have a healthy Halloween snack ready every time someone opens the door.

Instructions
- Combine oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed, mini chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl and stir until fully combined.

- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the white chocolate over each ball in a back-and-forth motion to create mummy wrapping lines.

- Refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm, then serve or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
